I have 10 Cordyline in the back garden, some are many years old some are newish, and some very young, the recent frost and snow has made all but the two oldest lose all the long leaves, and have dropped off, I have cutdown six of them to about 20cm,left two without leaves standing at about 2Mtrs, the two oldest are now strugling and are dropping all the leaves but trying very hard to maintain themselves, can I do anything to help them ?

No - just wait and see if they send up shoots from the base.

We've had a huge number of questions about Cordylines that have suffered in the winter, I'm afraid.
