My 3 Formiums are very battered after the snow. Do I cut out all the bent leaves - there's rather a lot! Will the plants rejuvinate?

Phormiume are rather robust. The best thing to do is give it a few weeks to get a better idea of the damage and then cut out any dying or badly damaged leaves.
