pick the tips of the lavender,about 5-8cm in length,strip the lower leaves off and pop them around the out side edge of a small pot and one in the middle,normal compost will do,water well,i normally put a plastic bottle with the bottom cut off to make its own little propagator.put on the windowsill or in the greenhouse and they will root nicely.
