I have two Cordylines (red star) i planted them last summer the snow has got onto the leafs this winter and all the leafs apart from the bottom ones look dead and gray and black colour what do i do know? some look aright do i leave them are to i cut them back to the bottom of the stem?

Wait, do nothing till the weather warms up, sometime in April I expect. Then pull off all dead or dying leaves, if no sign of growth by mid May, they're dead.

How do I say thanks?
