Easiest and quickest are not necessarily the same. Easiest is to buy a packet of mixed colour Aubrieta seed and sow them directly into the wall. Wrap each seed in a plug of wet clay and press into gaps.
Quickest way is to buy small plants of Aubrieta (or Campanula or alpine Phlox) and gently squeeze the roots into spaces in the wall.
