I have had a coryline Austarlis for about 5 years,it is about 9ft tall,but the frost this winter in Cheshire has been severe and the whole top of the plant
droops right over,will this plant die now or can I do anything to save it ?

You're not alone, that's for sure, there's been an endless stream of questions exactly like yours in the last month or so. It's wait and see I'm afraid - if no growth occurring by mid May, it's an ex Cordyline.
