How do you store carrots for months on end, would a hessian sack be okay

You can store them in dry earth in a box in a frost free place,not a hessian sack I think,

Stef I found this site that should help you. You have to scroll quite a bit down the page to find it but there are lots of different storage methods. Hope this helps
