can i replant a full grown apple tree?

Asked from the GoYpedia fruit trees page

By full grown, do you mean large? You should be OK up to about 5 years old but after that it's dodgy unless you have a JCB handy! If it's been in a pot, then yes you can plant it out. It will cetainly thank you for it! Don't forget to add compost to the planting hole and water it for a year afterwards.

How do I say thanks?
