My new standard rose in a pot, how do I protect it in the winter?

Hi, welcome to G o y, the best protection you can give your rose, is to plant it in the ground, if it must be in a pot, you can wrap some bubble wrap around the pot to try and prevent the roots getting frozen, especially if we have a very cold winter, Derek.
