I live in S. Spain; Enduring a long,harsh,wet winter.My bourgonvilla looks dead - the leaves& bracts are shrivelled and brown.Advice please!

Think it might be a case of wait and see... If you get signs of new grown in the spring, then prune any dead material back to that.
