Which of the eucryphias is the hardiest. We live in southern Scotland at 800ft asl.

Eucryphia nymansensis, although even that's a bit of a stretch where you are if you're unable to plant in a sheltered, sunnyish spot out of cold winds. Likely to lose its leaves in winter in colder parts of the country. This one is also lime tolerant.
