I have a rose bush in a pot and it is now full of ants and the soil is now all out around the pot which is huge.
What is the best thing to do?

I've answered your other question on the same topic. Do nothing, observe the interesting ant activity and enjoy. If necessary, sweep up the soil they've moved and tip in back into the pot.
