Your rose bushes look anything but healthy to me. They 'appear' to be in the ground so what sort of soil are they planted in?

See the next question - a tonic for your roses? The foliage looks the right colour, but weirdly leggy. I'd cut them back now, give them a good drink at the roots, feed them (the right mix of feed, not over-strength, which is important), and see what happens then.

Are they in pots? They'll need extra loving to make them healthier. JI No. 3 or a good garden loam and a regular feed through the growing season.
