name of garden flower - rushy leaves and spiked stems with pale yellow flowers up each side; name sounds like Sissich----m? How to grow it in shallow soil garden? Can it grow indoors in a pot by the window?

Sissyrinchium is a huge genus of plants varying from a few inches tall to over a foot. Colours are blue, yellow or white.
