I lifted my tulips last year after the foliage had all died down, then stored them but owing to illness was unable to replant in Autumn. Can I still plant those same bulbs this Autumn, or now even?

I'd wait until autumn to plant them now, but, before you do check that the bulbs are still firm not soft and squashy, which means they wont grow.
