About the quickest growing is the Leylandii but this will take several years to reach six feet and then several more to thicken out to give privacy - say eight to ten years for a good thick hedge. After that you will have nothing but work to do to keep it under control. You may be better putting up a fence in the short term and then planting a slower growing hedge behind it.
