Hi there, I have what I think is a 6ft cordyline austarlis and have found that the upper most vertical leaves have collapsed?? is it dying??

It has probably suffered from the recent cold. Try covering it up with horticultural fleece, and cut off the damaged leaves in late March. It may survive! Good luck.

It will almost certainly sprout from lower down the stem even if the top does die.
