i have a angle wing when i brought it in for the winter i put it in the same place i put it in last year by the way it did wonderful last winter there well it started losing its leafs they dry around the edges then fall off i only have stalks now there green but no leafs help before it dies

the edges are not brown there green but dry where the new leaf would come out there dry as soon as they try to start a new leaf can i repot it in new soil or is there maybe a pest in the soil

Check for pest infestation both in the soil of the pot and by inspecting the leaves and shoots carefully.

Sounds like the air's too hot/dry if the leaf edges are going brown. Check for infestation of some kind, increase humidity around the plant.
