I was given miracle bells in the summer, what do i do now winter is here? Do i cut them back or just leave alone?

I have heard Alum Root, Coral Bells, Rock Geranium - Heuchera micrantha 'Palace Purple' called miracle bells!

If it is any of these, just tidy up tatty leaves. If it's something else... report back!!
