Agree with Motinot, it looks like Ipomea (Quamoclit). Not sure as for the variety, not seeing the leaves...

How about Ipomoea coccinea?
Looks like the ones we sell in summer.

Perhaps Brugmansia or Datura. Does the flower normally hang down?
