Meconopsis grandis with white flowers

This question is on Meconopsis grandis

hi ya i have been growing Meconopsis grandis for a while now
and last year i sowed the years before seeds, and 90% of the grown but i have got one plant that has turned out and has produced white flowers instead of blue with a light pink strips is this common to have white Meconopsis grandis, i can send pictures if you wish

According to Christopher Grey-Wilson there is a white form which is rare in cultivation called, unsusprisingly Meconopsis grandis 'Alba' - but that doesn't seem a likely explanation of what you have. A picture would be interesting.

i am sorry the picture is not very clear i will try and get a better one as soon as possible but they are right at the back of my flower beds
