I would like some advise, please.
I successfully had 90% germination of echium pinanana seeds in heated propagator as per instructions.repotted in 3ins pots and put in unheated greenhouse.they have not put on any growth,at all,question is,shall I put back in propagator or what? any advice appreciated

I have grown these in exactly the same way as you although I only had a 25% success! However when I potted them up into 3" pots into the cold greenhouse they quickly filled the pots and are now rapidly out-growing 6" pots. I suggest you leave them. They should get going with some more sunshine/warmth.
