Can you tell me what is the problem with this Azela please.

This plant has always been healty up till this year,I have attached photograph. It appears that the edges are going brown and the leaves are covered in some kind of white powder.

It has a bad mildew infection. Go and buy some Roseclear 3 and a sprayer, mix it up according to the instructions (think it might be double dose to start with for this, but check the label) and spray the plant thoroughly. Repeat in a fortnight, and then again if necessary.
