why are busy lizzies dying
we have a front border full of busy lizzies which gave a great display but then started to die leaves falling off dug up some but seems to be nothing at the roots and nothing on the leaves which are turning yellowy with brown spots can anyone advise what is going wrong please

This unfortunately was the most-asked question of last year! I'msorry to hear that your plants are suffering. There is no remedy, sadly.

There is a new disease of Busy Lizzies - lots of people had the same trouble as you last year - me included! The advice I was given was to not grow busy lizzies in the same place for a year - this year I have used bedding begonias instead.
