Hi, sounds beautiful! Escallonia, Olearia, Tamarix, Beech trees and wild black cherry are very hardy of wind. Good luck! Miss C

Chamaecyparis, Crataeagus, Cupressus, Prunus, deciduous Euonymus, Corylus, Acer, Berberis, Buddleia, Calluna, Erica, Gaultheria, Hippophae, Ilex, Kalmia, Leucothoe, Salix, Sambucus

In terms of bulbs, Alliums, and there are two grasses - Miscanthus and Stipa.
