Does anyone know what this plant is? I live in France, and bought these 2 foliage plants in the spring and they have been lovely in pots. When I emptied the pots, I found enormous tubers - the green plant seemed to be the red tuber, and vice versa. I wonder if it's possible to grow new ones next year from the tubers.

You can usually grow again from tubers. Store them in dry sand or compost, mouse free, and replant in spring.
