Help! Our lawns are full of mushrooms which are really thick stemmed and deep rooted. What can we do to stop them growing, we picked a whole trug full of them before mowing the lawn today.

You can't get rid of them. Are they edible or not? Enjoy them if they are and just ignore them if not - they will usually only be here for a short while in Autumn.
