Should I cut the seed heads off my aconitum & foxgloves?

The Aconitums you cut off the seed heads which usually form after the flowers have faded. I cut ours down to where the flowering stem changes from green to brown. Often you then get a further set of flowers later in the year.
The Foxgloves are biennials, so once they have finished flowering you may as well pull them out altogether. Leave one flower spike for the seeds for the future.
