what is this plant

Saw it growing up bushes in Tenby, I can download other pics to show its habit if needed




it looks like its the british native, wild clematis or travellers joy.
it will develop lovely silky seed heads in the autumn.

thought so, it is also called 'old mans beard' due to its silky seed heads.

I rarely know the the latin names for wild lowers as i learnt my local plants as a young girl. I have checked and it is C vitalba.
