I'd leave it to the autumn if you can then make sure you water it well for at least a month. prepare the hole well . try to make the hole as big as you can and dig in plenty of humus before you plant the shrub and back fill. give them a trim too to help them conserve water..

if they have to be moved now do it in the cool of the evening and preferably not on a windy day or when it is forcast.
