Why are the leaves on my Viburnum burkwoodii Anne Russell curling up?

I bought the plant about 4 years ago from Westonbirt Plant Centre Tetbury where I used to live, it was in a large pot. I moved to Shropshire just below the Clee Hill 2 years ago bringing the plant with me, It is in a bed that gets sun most of the day, the garden can sometimes be quite windy as it faces north. Last year it seemed to be fine. This year it did flower but not well and now the leaves are curling and not looking at all healthy.

Is it suffering from drought? If its in a lot of sun and wind, that's a very dry place to be. I don't know how dry you've been where you live, but in London it's very dry indeed.

How do I say thanks?
