bought from ebay 2007 - apparently this was a root division, it looks more like an ornimental grass at the moment, but a lovely plant, should look fabulous in a few years!

Yes it is like this no I have never had it flowering but I have seen them flowering in Bedworth where I go shopping.:) so there is still hope
