Fun to grow, this one was six little cuttings from a greenhouse five years ago. Started blooming last year for the first time. Getting it blooming is the most common problem I've heard. I added peat to aeriate the soil and keep the moisture higher. I just love these wild little flowers! by midspring This one is a real monster, should have 60 or 70 by midspring. I will cut back so maybe not all that....lol. Worth a try. As Bernieh says, usually different leaves on different Nematanthus, but the similar little goldfish! You can see other shots of this plant through the Nematanthus link to the side.

I have a goldfish plant as well - nematanthus glabra - similar to yours but the leaves are different. It is a delightful fun plant to have and I'm always surprised at the little flowers when they come out.
