Do you ever see Delonix regia 'Flavida' / 'Flava' growing
there where you live? I've never seen one growing here.
I've read very few are being introduced into California from
Australia...and they are extremely expensive. They are
propagated by cutting-grown or air-layered only.

Yes I have seen it up here Andy, but it's not as common as the red. I drive past a huge one on the way to work and right now it's a beautiful sight. Will have to try and get a photo.

reunion back in August...however, I never got a
pic of one. They were always in yard were I could
get a photo.
