Try another photo ? looks like a Chamaecyparis obtusa cultivar, again it could be one of dozens introduced. there would be absolutely no way of telling from such a young plant, and not a lot more chance when it's much older, unless it has some defining characteristics. This also applies to many of the other conifers in these photos.

I've seen this in baskets with mixed tropicals, but do not know what it is. I too would be interested, as it is quite pretty.
