The pond garden, Autumn 07

This is the pond garden. The intention was to have two dark pools within a jungle type construct of bamboo, shrub fuschia, species cherry, Scots pine and larch. An understorey of cyclamen and helebore, spring bulbs and polyanthus plus volunteers of annual species including marigold and pansy thrives in the six inch mulch of wood chip.
