Cupressus macrocarpa 'Wilma' (Monterey Cypress)

Cupressus macrocarpa 'Wilma' (Monterey Cypress)

This one is down in "Sunvalley". I keep cropping it to maintain the height an shape.
I like this tree, it has nice lemony smell when rubbed.
I have several of these around. They grow well where I planted them (mainly in sun) and so far deer is not interested. It's chartreuse colour (year round) draws your attention.

It's interesting to see the size mine will get to, Klahanie! I like the colour, too, but hadn't noticed the scent of lemons. I think it may need clipping back eventually in a small space like mine. How lovely to have space for a few of them!
