The Bracknell slugs usually devour this one as it comes through the soil, but with the very dry spring they have left it alone

This photo is of "Alstroemeria" in Andrewr's garden
This one wasn't touched by slugs in my garden, but they had good goes at all the others! 'Freedom' all but disappeared but we have finally wrestled it back from their ravenous attentions.
