have just moved this plant from the back of the woodland bed, into the spot by the patio which used to house my yellow rhododendron - the elaeagnus does'nt seem to have the lovely varigation it is suposed to - maybe due to shade maybe just on old growth and as this is a young plant most of it is this years growth. also it has wonderful scented flowers in the winter so this is a good location for it!
See who else is growing Elaeagnus pungens (Elaeagnus).
