A home for Miss Tiggywinkle.

A home for Miss Tiggywinkle.

A home for Miss Tiggywinkle. I was tidying last week and came across this pile of moss and stuff between pots. I finally got brave enough yesterday to lift the top, at the end of a very long hoe, to find a hedgehog asleep. I put the moss back on straight away. I hope I didn't disturb it too much.

Looks like a cosy little nest.

I must admit, I was a bit concerned as to what was living under that lot. The week before I opened the door to find a large rabbit munching away. It scattered very quickly but I can't help wondering why I didn't have any of this last year when it was full of day lilies. There is a deer that visits too. God knows where he/she comes from.

Are the pots in a greenhouse then?
