Fingers crossed on this one

The blurb for this one says germination is difficult, and embryos are prone to rot. I have three in pots on a heated tray on the kitchen windowsill, all sown in mid November last year, but so far this is the only one showing any signs of growth.
What is it - well, have a guess!

Is it a tree,like a monkey puzzle?

OK , I'll put everyone out of their misery.

It's a cycad - cycas panzhihuaensis. A picture of mature plants can be seen at:
http://price.coldplant.com/Category/Cycas_panzhihuanensis.html

Cycads are ancient plants, dating back to the time of the dinosaurs, and look like a cross between a palm and a fern. The fronds are incredibly tough and sharp to deter anything browsing on them. Cycads come in male and female forms, the females are wind pollinated (not the most efficient method but the plants are still around so it must work). The females then form cones which hold the seed.

It's supposed to be the hardiest cycad there is, but is rarely available and then very expensive, so I thought I'd give it a go from seed.

We have a Cycad, but I not sure which one, it is about two ft tall, and in a pot so we bring it inside, because I am not sure it would survive a wet winter..

DD - it could be cycas revoluta as that's the one most commonly sold in the UK.
