Persicaria microcephala 'Red Dragon' - 2014 (Persicaria 'Red Dragon')

This is a clump-forming perennial, and does not run like most members of the family. For moist soil in sun or light shade. If the position suits it, it will develop 'long arms', so don't plant anything small and precious nearby.
