Wildflower?

I found a clump of these growing in the wood and also saw some in a local wood just yesterday, must be some sort of wildflower, looks very salvia like and the leaves also smell similar when crushed,2-3ft tall and the flowers are tiny, what is it?

Stachys sylvatica maybe? Looks right and about the right height too. There's a lot of it around here.
