End-of-Summer Downunder - Gerberas blooming

I have never grown Gerberas maybe something I should try.

Sue, I think you should definitely give them a go. These particular red ones are really old-fashioned Gerberas. I've had various family members of this type for many, many years. The original came from my Grandma's garden, and these old red ones were very commonly grown in gardens back then.

The varieties available today are just magnificent. I've never grown any of them though I have to say. I really must give some a go myself.
