My yellow tree Peony, which we took out of a long stay pot 2 years ago, and put in the ground, is thriving now. It looked awful at the end of February. I tidied it up and gave it feed and extra water. Now it has about 20 buds on it and is up to 4 feet tall. Is that a stem of a much larger plant SC?
