Beetroot
Seem to have over planted the beetroot, have a few extra pots of it and plots. Need to check on the variety of beetroot, I am wondering if you can eat the leaves in a salad perhaps, they look so good now they have grown even more than the photo

Yes you can eat beet greens as salad but they are bitter!
