Anthriscus sylvestris 'Ravenswing'
Blimey - this is a difficult plant to get a decent photo of!
It's a selected form of cow parsley with dark purple leaves. Supposed to prefer shade but I've had it in a sunny position for several years and it seems just as happy. Will self-seed if not deadheaded but seedlings seem to be weaker plants for me
