Can you name this

I think this is what guest in Australia was on about. It has a lemon scent to it.This has been outside my front door for 22 years plus

Now is it my imaginations as it looks like its grown over a car!!!!

Marvelous, ive had this shrub in my front garden for 22 years and i didnt even think about it looking like a car.
Well its 2 shrubs grown into one.
