don't know the name of this plant...
... but i love it - it has green flowers and i planted in a shaded area towards the end of last summer; where the compost bin used to be - i'm wondering if i can split this one? it grew from a leggy little plant

Not absolutely sure from the photo (I need a closeup!) but I think it is Euphorbia polychroma. I see no reason not to try splitting it, but I wouldn't do it while it's still flowering/growing.
