Raised Beds

Oh my…what a hangover I had this morning…Was a really good night.
The cure for this was fresh air and digging, loads and loads of digging.

How it looked this morning

Dug out all of this

Had a little rest and had a trip to B&Q for some compost and bought myself a new fork. Straight back to it as soon as we got back.
Then had to fill it.

Then dug over bed 1

Then bed 4

Will let the front bed settle for a week before I start to plant.
Hubby helped me loads, then he got his camera out and took a few photos.

Ladybird on my strawberries

Fly on top of my compost bin

Snowdrop

Crocus

We had a good day and got loads done, I’m so glad I did not waste the day feeling sorry for myself on the sofa.

Well done MM. Very productive it turned out to be. You had a good night, then took the 'hard cure' and it worked!
Lovely photos too.
